The metal grease filter absorbs fatty constituents and other small particles from cooking vapours before the air is directed through an exhaust pipe and released outside.Odour Absorber ModeWhere connection to an external ventilation system is not possible, the cooker hood can operate in odour absorber mode, also known as recirculation mode.The metal grease filter first captures grease and small particles. Odours and microparticles then pass through the activated charcoal filter before the purified air is returned to the kitchen.Flexible Aluminium Exhaust PipeFor exhaust operation, the included 150mm-diameter aluminium corrugated pipe is lightweight, flexible and easy to assemble.
