The cotton outer fabric with inner beeswax coating is so tightly woven that it keeps the wind out and is water-resistant to a water column of 900 mm. The front zipper has additional wind protection. The outside of the jacket has four pockets with flat YKK press-studs, the lower outer pockets are double pockets that are also zippered.
