The Eve Cam immediately sends detailed notifications to the connected iPhone, for example a live video when motion is detected. A distinction can be made as to whether every movement, whether of humans or animals, should be recorded automatically or differentiated, for example only by human. Access from the iPhone to the camera is always encrypted, and the live image from the home or holiday home never ends up unencrypted in the Cloud. Thanks to the Apple "Secure HomeKit Video" function, the camera can only be operated with the manufacturer's control centre, i.e. with an existing HomeKit system.
