CNC Plasma Cutter - 125 A - 400 V - pilot arc ignition

The plasma cutter, equipped with a high-quality CNC plasma torch, is specifically designed for professional use with CNC machines. It delivers the performance and ease of use required in commercial metalworking. With a maximum cutting current of 125 A and a duty cycle of 60%, you can achieve a cutting depth of up to 34 mm. A 1.4 mm cutting width en... moresures minimal material waste. The IGBT inverter technology ensures top performance in a compact design, making this CNC plasma cutter ideal for various CNC tasks. The cutting current is adjusted via a rotary dial between 10 and 125 A. An LED display lets you check the set value at any time. The contact-free pilot arc ignition allows for uninterrupted grid cutting. Compressed air for plasma cutting is regulated via an external pressure reducer. You can choose between two different operating modes via a toggle switch. In 2T mode, the torch operates as long as you hold down the trigger. In 4T mode, tap once to start the torch and again to turn it off. Toggle the gas post-flow time of 5, 10 or 60 s using a switch. The power unit is protected against damage by a fan cooling system and overheating protection. Temperature issues and other malfunctions are indicated via an LED on the control panel. Thanks to the 5 m long plasma hose package and a 3 m earthing cable, you have optimum freedom of movement with the plasma cutter. The appliance complies with the EN 60974-1 and EN 60974-10 standards.
