This Thermal Grizzly GPU Guard is a compressible and protective foam gasket designed to frame the GPU die of your graphics cards. The gasket protects electronic components against liquid metal and other thermal compounds by keeping them contained in one location. When the cooler is mounted, the compression force fully blocks leakage and prevents oxygen from reaching liquid metals to increase their longevity. This gasket is designed to be positioned around the GPU die of your graphics card. With a maximum height of 0.8mm, which can be compressed down to 0.15mm, the Thermal Grizzly GPU Guard will form a solid seal between the PCB and cooler of your card. Thanks to this, your thermal paste is contained to the processor. Plus, as the seal is air-tight, no oxygen can reach your compound. This reduces any degradation for improved longevity. Flexible and Gallium Resistant This NVIDIA variant of the Thermal Grizzly GPU Guard includes three gaskets, designed to support NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4090, 5080, and 5090 graphics cards. However, they are also compatible with other graphics cards with similar dimensions. For easy application, the gaskets are supplied on a transfer film. When applying the gasket, care should always be taken to leave around 1-2mm of clearance between the GPU and the TG GPU Guard.
