Shimano RD-M7000 SLX GS 11-Speed Shadow+ Rear Derailleur Shimano’s RD-M7000 SLX GS 11-Speed Shadow+ Rear Derailleur benefits from trickle-down technology from the range-topping XTR and XT models, and can be used with single or double front ring setups to provide excellent shifting and quiet riding. The chain stabiliser device reduces chain bounce, keeping it running true and preventing it from slapping on the chainstay. Shimano's Direct Mount compatible design means more space around the dropout so wheel removal is easier, whilst the slant angle of the derailleur has been optimised for use with cassettes that have a 40-46 tooth large sprocket. The total capacity (the difference between the smallest and largest sprocket) of the derailleur is 41 teeth. The low profile design and direct cable routing help prevent any snagging on trailside rocks on vegetation and keeps shifting crisp and accurate.
