The MX-V is an evolution of the legendary VX-3. Arai s years of competition experience are reflected in this ultimate MX, enduro and off-road helmet. While fashionable elements in helmet design come and quickly go, the organic R75 shell of the MX-V remains for the same reasons as all other Arai helmets: to create a smooth, round shell shape that retains its integral strength. The lack of rounded edges or protrusions is not a lack of imagination or creativity on Arai s part. They are missing because the shape of the helmet improves protection. This is also the reason why the MX-V is the latest Arai to receive ECE R22-06 approval without any significant changes.
