It can still be adjusted for position relative to the brake thanks to the slotted attachment plate. The chain can be moved across multiple sprockets at once with Multi-Release and two ball bearings keep the shift action light and smooth. Vivid indexing technology maintains a constant force to shift across the cassette, regardless of sprocket size whilst the upper lever can be either pushed or pulled to actuate a shift.
