This device utilises USB connectivity to communicate with your motherboard, including both internal and external options. The external route is the easiest, simply plug the device into a USB-A port on your rear I/O. Alternatively, you can connect the included USB cable to the rear of the controller, which allows it to be connected to a 9-pin USB and a 4-pin PWM header on your motherboard. Once installed, the L-Wireless controller communicates via a 2.4GHz signal with Lian Li wireless products, such as the Strimer Wireless Series extension cables or UNI FAN SL Wireless fans. Using this connection, you can adjust almost any aspect of these devices’ displays, from assigning individual colours to lighting guides on a Strimer cable to changing the screen on a UNI FAN SL Wireless LCD fan.
