Genau wie die TD4-Maschine verfügt es über eine vordere Innenaufhängung die eine außergewöhnlich schlanke flache Form bietet. Die vorderen Aufhängungsarme haben einen Gleitwinkel von 25 Grad für eine erstaunliche Bodenhaftung und stabile Leistung sowie CVA-Öldämpfer für eine sanfte Federbewegung. Darüber hinaus basiert das Chassis auf einem einteiligen Monocoque-Rahmen und verwendet dasselbe Kugeldifferential wie das TD4-Chassis und der gesamte Antriebsstrang ist vollkugelgelagert. Der Akku ist quer und nach hinten positioniert. Schließlich sorgt eine mittschiffs quer angeordnete Motoranordnung mit 3 Zahnrädern die ihn mit dem Antriebsstrang verbinden für optimale Balance und verbesserte Leistung.
