The Seiko Presage Cocktail Time collection draws inspiration from this cultural custom, featuring timepieces named after drinks crafted by Hisashi Kishi, the head bartender at Star Bar in Tokyo's Ginza district. Emulating the view of a drink through a glass, this particular timepiece is inspired by the "beer julep" cocktail. Mr. Kishi's concoction combines Japanese beer with whisky, gin, sugar syrup, lemon, and basil leaves, resulting in a fragrant and fresh aperitif.
