Crafted with a combination of a solid spruce and maple body a much more rich and resonant sound is able to be produced. Designed to the orchestral standard this 14-inch viola features an ebony finge... morerboard and rosewood fittings offer both comfortable playing and durability. For precise tuning the VA5S incorporates a Wittner tailpiece with fine tuners. This is in order to make the whole process of getting into tune easier for students. Along with this DAddario Prelude strings have been added to create a unique blend of warm tone and durability. Also included with your viola is a hard moulded case a bulletwood bow and Piranito rosin.
