The Audio Technica VM670SP Moving Magnet Cartridge is ideal for enthusiasts of shellac or phonographic records. Designed specifically for use in 78RPM systems this cartridge comes with a round stylus boasting a generous three millimetre curvature radius at the tip. Connected via an aluminium cantilever it uses para-toroidal coils to enhance efficiency and provide superb linearity. As a result the magnetic flux leakage is minimal in the continuous and unitised magnetic circuit.The mono body of the cartridge which connects the left and right channels internally reduces surface and record noise primarily in the vertical direction.
