Sandtex Trade High Build is a water-based medium to heavy textured protective and decorative finish. Ideal for use on most exterior grade buildings and masonry surfaces (not textured). Variety of textured finishes can be achieved using various applications.Advanced decorative coating which is ideal to cover fine cracks and for the renovation of irregular and uneven surfaces. Built-in flexibility to allow for normal building movement, this product has been independently tested by the BBA and proven to offer up to 15 years durability.Coverage up to 3kg/m2 with a touch dry of 4-6 hours and re-decoration 3-6 months.
