The greater part of noise created by an extractor fan is usually the motor or, believe it or not, the movement of air through it. Xpelair has created Ghost Air Movement Technology to tackle this. They are made from the precision engineered parts coupled with a silent motor to make sure you don’t disturb the rest of the house while showering. Also featured is an integral timer which can be adjusted at installation from 30 seconds to 30 minutes depending on how misty your bathroom gets. Supplied with a ceiling fitting kit which includes 3 metres of flexible ducting and white grille to be fitted externally.
