Armourlite Denim is a high tenacity Polyamide yarn which is interwoven to form the end product.The Jeggings have a single-layer construction which is lightweight, and there is stretch comfort included to improve rider experience along with a soft Lyocell interior.For rider protection, the Jeggings come with Flexible level 2 CE Knee protectors (en 1621-1:2012) and flexible level 2 CE Hip protectors (en 1621-1:2012). Due to the high quality protection included in these Jeggings, they have achieved CE AA rating, meaning that the protection on offer is suited to touring gear. It specifies two seconds of abrasion resistance in Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) at 412.6rpm (about 70km/h), one second at 265.3rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet) and 0.5 seconds at 147.4rpm (the equivalent of around 25kmh) in Zone 3 (inner arms, torso and legs).Additional features include durable twill pocketing with riveted pockets, and ultra secure belt loops to keep them in place when in the riding position.
