The Sealey LED30S is a solar powered outdoor flood light designed to provide reliable, automatic security and area lighting without the need for mains wiring. Powered by a 4W solar panel with a high-quality ETFE glass cover for improved durability and longevity, the unit charges two 3.7V Li-ion batteries (2.6Ah each) to deliver sustained performance after dark. The 30W SMD LED array produces up to 3000 lumens, making it capable of illuminating large outdoor areas with a wide spread of light. Two intelligent sensors work together to manage operation automatically. A daylight (CDS) sensor prevents the light from activating in daylight hours, while a PIR motion sensor triggers the response when movement is detected. Two operating modes are available: a standby mode at 5% brightness that steps up to full 100% output on motion detection, or a full 100% brightness mode activated by motion alone. The extra-slim profile and aluminium die-cast housing keep the unit lightweight at 0.71kg, while the IP65 rating confirms protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets — suitable for exposed outdoor installations. A steel wall bracket is included for straightforward mounting. Well suited to driveways, outbuildings, garden perimeters, and areas where running mains cable is impractical.
