Calcium is important for the development of children's bones and Omega 3 contributes to their normal development. Provides adequate levels of all important trace vitamins and minerals, which may be suitable for ages 4 to 14 years, with one tablet daily for up to 10 years and two tablets for the older age group. It is suggested that children 4 to 10 years old chew one tablet daily and children 11 years of age and older chew two tablets daily.
