The Robert Welch Professional V 22cm Carving Knife features a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang.The German steel is hardened to Rockwell 57 making it ideal for everyday use for both the keen cook or professional chef.The ergonomic handle provides a firm and comfortable grip and is made from tactile DuPont™ POM complete with the Robert Welch insignia. Each of the professional V knives are designed with a larger handle and are heavier in the hand than the signature collection.The carving knife uses the 15° edge for superior sharpness making it ideal to cleanly and precisely slice meat, poultry and fish with ease.The Robert Welch Professional V 22cm Carving Knife comes complete with a Robert Welch lifetime guarantee.
