These clips are constructed from type 316 'marine-grade' stainless steel; a famously rugged material with an excellent resistance to corrosion, even from salt water.The light bulb tray itself is constructed from a powder coated ABS compound that protects the fitting as a whole and the tubes inside it from knocks and abrasions.It can be attached to any ceiling surface through a series of dedicated suspension eyelets that adorn the outer edge of the light bulb tray.
