The ultra-light Xenon 2 Swing Away Wheelchair has a redesigned axle stem and unique cross-brace making it simple to lift, fold and transport. It has a minimalistic style and features a reinforced swing-away front frame that makes it easier to get in and out of the wheelchair. This wheelchair is known as the ‘Allrounder’ in the Xenon three model range. It’s the ideal travel companion as it’s compact when folded, making car transfers much easier. The aluminium latches on the cross-brace keep the wheels paralleled when folding, so it remains stable. The Xenon 2 Swing Away Wheelchair has a padded Exo backrest, made from a synthetic fibre. It’s angle-adjustable to give an ergonomic posture position and the back height can be adjusted as required. It also has an adjustable centre of gravity to give you a drive that can be either passive or very active. The Xenon 2 Swing Away uses pneumatic Schwalbe tyres and lightweight wheels to give you optimum manoeuvrability. The standard footboard is made using a lightweight black plastic that will flip up sideways and is depth and angle adjustable. For added convenience and comfort it has long push handles and an adjustable tension nylon seat. The transportation brackets have been crash tested with the Xenon 2 Swing Away Wheelchair to make sure it’s safe to use, giving you peace of mind when travelling.
