HTC is a high tenacity Nylon fabric that combines outstanding levels of abrasion and tear strength, is highly supple and offers excellent levels of comfort for the rider. It also features a Ballistic secondary outer material. This is a densely woven, high weight synthetic fabric using fine fibres that offer extreme abrasion resistance along with cut and tear strength. It is also constructed from SinAqua Pro Laminate waterproof lining, SinAqua Pro is an ultra-durable three-layer waterproof and breathable membrane which offers exceptional breathability 11500 g/m2/24h and a waterproof rating of over 15000mm/cm3. This jacket includes a removable thermal inner liner along with a fixed quick dry mesh liner. The Velcro cuff adjuster that is on this jacket is ideal to help the rider get that perfect fit and avoid the jacket rising up the arms when stretching out. The collar is corduroy lined with a twin collar adjuster and double sided press stud opening system. This jacket features 4 front air vents with 2 arm vents and 2 rear vents to make this jacket extremely ventilated whilst still holding its waterproofness. This jacket comes with the RST connection zip meaning that it can be connected to any other RST textile jeans to stop any rising whilst riding.The adjustment points on this jacket are on the waist, gusset, biceps and forearms to create a comfortable fit for the wearer. There is a staggering 10 outer pockets on this jacket to ensure you can carry anything with you on your ride. Along with these outer pockets, there is also 4 inner pockets for that extra storage.The Ambush jacket is Certified to CE rating AA which means the protection on offer is suited to touring gear. It specifies two seconds of abrasion resistance in Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) at 412.6rpm (about 70km/h), one second at 265.3rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet) and 0.5 seconds at 147.4rpm (the equivalent of around 25kmh) in Zone 3 (inner arms, torso and legs). The back protector, shoulder armour and elbow armour are all certified to Level 2 which means the maximum transmitted force must be below 9 kN, and no single value shall exceed 12 kN.
