Makita DUX18 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Split Shaft Garden Multi Tool Set

Part of Makita's 18v LXT cordless platform, the DUX18 is a split shaft power head which was designed to be a basic, cost competitive model but with all the flexibility afforded by the Makita garden multi tool attachments. The DUX18 has a soft start brushless motor, electric brake, variable speed control, AFT technology and Constant Speed control to ensure consistent performance under load. The KR400MP has a 9" 6-tine steel blade for efficient rejuvenation of planting areas and has a compact design for work in tight spaces. The EE400MP has an 8" steel blade with a guide marking on the blade guard for cleaner or precise cuts. The EM406MP has a steel drive shaft for less vibration and a longer equipment life. The SW400MP is designed to remove pebbles, sand or leaves without damaging grass and for clearing away water and light snow from hard pavements. The UB401MP has an axial fan which provides high blowing force power needed for quick cleanups. The EN402MP is fitted with a 500mm double-edged blade and features an angle adjustable trimmer head. The adaptable attachments are easily fitted with a tool-less slide joint coupling with a simple clip-lock.
