Part of Makita's twin 18v LXT cordless platform, the DUX60 is a multi-function power head with an efficient brushless motor. It also features three speed settings and a variable speed control dial which enables the user to match the speed to the application. The DUX60 is equip with soft start and an electric brake for maximum productivity and increased operator safety. The Makita EM404MP brushcutter attachment has a steel drive shaft for less vibration and a longer equipment life. It also features a bump and feed trimmer head for efficient grass cutting. The Makita EY403MP pole saw attachment is fitted with a 300mm chainsaw bar and includes a transparent oil tank as well as a branch hook for dislodging offcuts which get stuck in trees. The Makita EN402MP hedge trimmer attachment is fitted with a 500mm double-edged blade and features an angle adjustable trimmer head which can be adjusted in 13 stages between 90° up and 90° down. The adaptable attachments are easily fitted with a tool-less slide joint coupling with a simple clip-lock.
