MIZUNO PRO 245 IRONS / STEEL SHAFT - Right , 4-PW , Dynamic Gold MID 100 / Regular

The third generation of Mizuno's Hot Metal Blade and the most playable of the Pro series, Pro 245 Irons are designed for play... moreers who prefer the look of a blade yet seek added distance and launch. Mizuno packed a staggering amount of technology and engineering into a body easily mistaken for the traditional, compact muscle-back Pro 241 to achieve this lofty goal. The Pro 245's impressive construction begins with 4135 Chromoly material. This extremely strong, durable material permitted the development of a thinner, faster, multi-thickness face. A hollow cavity works in conjunction with the face, allowing it to flex and rebound more than any forged iron in Mizuno's history. As a result, the Pro 245 delivers tremendous ball speed across the face. In addition to speed, the iron's hollow body creates additional performance opportunities. Mizuno utilizes the space to strategically locate heavy tungsten weights near the soles of the long and mid irons. Lowering the centre of gravity produces a towering ball flight and raises stability-boosting MOI. While the Pro 245 is undoubtedly long and forgiving, Mizuno knows this is still a players' iron set. As such, the shorter irons and wedges do not share the same construction. Chromoly is replaced with the softer 1025E used in the Pro 241, and the body is only partially hollow to improve flight control and accuracy in the scoring clubs.
