The separate SureFlap Hub transmits all of the data from the cat flap directly to your mobile device. This means that you can check when your cat is leaving and entering the house, as well as controlling when and in which directions you lock or unlock the flap. The sensors on the cat flap respond to your cat’s microchip number, to prevent unwanted visitors coming into your home. Alternatively the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect can be programmed to work with the separately available RFID collar tags. Thanks to innovative DualScan™ technology, you can set individual entry and exit rules for each of your cats. The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect can be programmed with up to 32 microchip numbers, making it ideally suited to multi-cat households. Once your pet is registered on the system, the 4-way cat flap will only open for registered chips and additional information about your cat’s movements will be sent directly to your phone.
