Combining a traditional sleigh bed design with a contemporary steel crushed velvet fabric, Birlea have created the Castello, a stunning bedstead. The obvious feature of the frame is its deeply buttoned rolled bed ends, but it conceals a large storage compartment below its platform top base. Depending on the layout of your room, the ottoman can be set up to the left or the right. Its side opening design allows you to have a matching bed end.. A fabric pull handle is attached to the frame and with the aid of an internal gas piston mechanism, opening the ottoman is an easy task to master. A protective baseboard within keeps all your stored items off the floor, whilst ornate shaped wooden feet add to the traditional appeal.
