The hair is stronger, shinier, and smoother from the first use.  Color-safe & beneficial for all hair types. Directions for use: Use before shampoo, 1-3 times a week on damp, towel-dried hair. Apply a generous amount from roots to ends of the hair, spreading it with a comb or fingers until sufficiently and evenly saturating the hair. After 15-20 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water.
