absoluteBLACK Oval 110BCD 4/5 Hole FSA Outer Chainring This absoluteBLACK outer chainring has been designed specifically for FSA cranks that use either 4 or 5 bolt, 110BCD asymmetric mounting configurations. Five bolt FSA cranks use a hidden fifth bolt that isn’t necessary, so this four hole chainring is 100% compatible with this set-up as well. Made from a strong and stiff 7075 aluminium, this chainring grants excellent power transfer and has special ramps to aid smooth gear shifts. Utilising an innovative oval format, this ring maximises the most powerful phase of the rider’s pedalling but reduces stress through the dead spot to reduce their oxygen consumption, reduce fatigue and lower the chances of niggling injuries on demanding days in the saddle. Includes 1 x chainring Compatibility Chainring setup: Double Mounting format: 4 hole, 110BCD asymmetric. Also fits FSA 5 hole cranks that use a fifth hidden bolt Cranks: All FSA ABS (asymmetric bolt spacing) cranks like Gossamer, SL-K, K-Force, K-Force Light. Both 4 and 5 bolt versions. One model fits them all. ABS cranks only. Di2 Compatible Chains: 10, 11 and 12-speed Important For Gossamer cranks - use original FSA bolts and spacers. There is nothing else needed to mount these rings For SL-K - use original FSA bolt covers and bolts. These will fit perfectly. There is nothing else needed to mount these rings For K-Force - use absoluteBLACK bolt covers (available separately). This is absolutely necessary as you will not be able to mount these chainrings to K-Force cranks otherwise Ramps on big chainrings are specially configured for the following combinations: 50/34, 52/36, 52/38, 53/39T If you wish to use other configurations this chainring will still work, but gear shifting will be slower and more adjustments of the front derailleur may be needed in order to make it acceptable. Also remember that the front derailleur can only accept a maximum 16-tooth difference between two chainrings - this is how Shimano and SRAM designed them absoluteBLACK recommends to always use a new chain with a new chainring
