The responsible designer Christian Dell comes from Offenbach and was a trained silversmith before he went to Weimar. There he studied at the Saxon School of Arts and Crafts with Henry van de Velde and later became a teacher of industrial design and master craftsman at the Bauhaus Weimar. The Kaiser idell™ lamp series is produced by FRITZ HANSEN in the usual quality. The Danish traditional company from Copenhagen works with many well-known designers such as Arne Jacobsen or Hans J.
