The food supplement Triglycerides+Cholesterol Optim is obtained from oceanic fish rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Ocean fish oil contains high concentrations of two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids have beneficial effects in several conditions:

- reduce the risk of blood clots
- prevent atherosclerosis (disease of the arteries that consists in the deposition of fat plaques on their walls with the possibility of obstruction of the blood flow)

Administration method:

- It is recommended to consume 2 x 1-2 capsules/day, with a glass of liquid (mineral water, fruit juice), preferably during the meal
