POC Ventral Tempus SPIN Helmet With a winter-specific design and high protection levels, the POC Ventral Tempus SPIN Helmet is ideal for the rider who braves the conditions through the harshest months of the year. The main helmet body is constructed from a closed-cell EPS foam that effectively protects the rider from hard, direct impacts. This high level of protection is complemented by the SPIN internal padding system that allows the helmet a certain amount of independent pivoting to shield the rider against the forces of glancing, indirect blows. The EPS main body is completely wrapped in a unibody shell that offers resistance to dents and scuffs and completely seals out the wind, rain, and snow on the coldest rides. This outer shell has a bold, fluorescent orange colour and reflective highlights to increase the rider’s visibility to other road users in murky conditions. The 360° adjustment system cradles the head comfortably to offer a secure fit and can be easily altered to suit various head circumferences. A soft strap system supports the helmet on the head without rubbing or chafing.
