Baume Watch Quartz. 10602 Baume et Mercier expand their luxury watch collections with the Baume series, a family of stunning dress watches which focus on three design codes: moving lugs for better comfort, an interchangeable lined strap with cork for comfort and an off-centre crown at 12 o’clock which takes inspiration from some of the Swiss watch manufacturer’s earliest creations, the pocket watch. This particular ladies Baume quartz watch calls for attention with its exquisite white and red colourway. The dial is dressed in a beautiful white opaline finish with a matching white snailed small seconds counter at 3 o’clock and a natural cotton strap lined with cork. In contrast, a shade of red is incorporated around the flange, on the seconds hand and through the stitching on the strap. The strap of this Baume et Mercier Baume watch is completely interchangeable thanks to the recycled button system so you can easily swap out the white cotton strap for something even more daring. The women’s timepiece is also equipped with rose gold baton-shaped hands for hours and minutes, a rounded date window at 6 o’clock and small Arabic numerals for a contemporary, minimalist finish. The case measures to 35 millimetres in diameter and is engineered entirely from rose gold PVD steel, including the movable lugs, closed case back and knurled crown at 12 o’clock. The Baume ladies watch sits only 7.56 millimetres high on the wrist and delivers a handy 30 metres water resistance. Housed within is the Ronda 6004 D quartz movement, a Swiss made calibre which promises a variation of only a few seconds per month.
