Returning to the aesthetics of its 1970’s predecessor, this Baume et Mercier Riviera Mens watch is dressed in classic stainless steel and incorporates the iconic dodecagonal bezel decorated with four screws and an integrated stainless steel three-row link bracelet. It’s 42mm diameter is also home to a unique blue sapphire crystal dial which thanks to its translucency delivers a wonderful view of the automatic winding movement encased within. Around its circumference, the dial exposes the date ring which becomes clearer at its non-smoked aperture at 3 o’clock. The rhodium plated central hands for hours and minutes promise optimal legibility dressed in Superluminova while large applied indexes and Roman numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock.
