Sealant is added after tyres are mounted, and the included valves won't clog up thanks to rubber flaps.  Thicker than other sealants, the consistency means there's no need to shake before use, and once in the tyre it won't separate into rubber particles and an aqueous solution, so remains effective for longer.  Puncture sealing is incredibly strong and works well for punctures, and tears up to 6mm.  The compact syringe holds 60ml and makes filling a breeze.
