Simple and precise applicationThe Blondor Freelights developer is easy and precise to apply and can easily be used at home. Mix the lightening powder with the developer in a non-metallic bowl depending on the degree of lightening required. The finished mixture is then applied directly to dry hair. With your fingers, preferably with gloves, or a comb, you can cover the individual strands. You should make sure to use the product only on the surface of the hair strands.
