How to use the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Deep BrownsThe hair colour is mixed in a 1:1 ratio with the Welloxon Perfect developer in either six, nine or twelve per cent and evenly applied to dry hair. The reaction time depends on the desired colour result and the strength of the developer used.
