Introducing the Alpinestars SMX Plus V2 Motorcycle Boots made from advanced polymer and microfibre construction, making them lightweight and offering high-performance protection. The boot also includes an advanced microfibre construction, making it lightweight but still offering high performance protection and superb levels of flexibility.The front section of this boot is made from a soft microfibre, allowing forward and back movement along with abrasion resistance. Further protection of the toes given by the Dual density TPU replaceable toe slider with screw-in assembly. Support and protection of the Achilles is from a flexible accordion microfibre which allows for natural movement as well as a unique Alpinestars multi-link control system which also offers support to the ankle by limiting hyper-torsion, hyper extension and hyper flexion. There are also large areas of accordion zones on the front and rear to maximise flex, comfort and improve safety whilst riding.For protection of the heel whilst wearing this boot, there is a wide heel counter that combines ventilation and a shock absorbing pad insert as well as self-moulding ankle protectors. In addition, there is also a replaceable heel slider and external side heel slider that absorbs shock and promotes sliding during an accident. Additional benefits include a shin plate protector for impact and abrasion resistance, shock absorbing lining which is also highly breathable in the boot and a replaceable foot bed providing arch support and forefoot pedal feeling.The boot has a micro-adjustable ratchet top closure, and for comfort whilst riding the boot has strategically placed ventilation in the heel and shin TPU for breathability and airflow. The boot also has stretchable accordion panels for a close fit and make putting on and taking off the boot easier. Due to this high level of protection available with this boot, it is CE Certified.
