Castelli Free Unlimited Bib Short Delivering performance and protection, the Castelli Free Unlimited Bib Short is designed for gravel but equally as well suited to endurance mountain biking. Comfort is prioritised, and the Progetto X2 Air seamless pad effectively soaks up the effects of rough trails thanks to the combination of dual-density foam and gel pads. The top layer is super soft against the skin and the chamois offers just the right amount of padding, neither too thin nor too bulky.  Forza 2 fabric makes up the leg panels and helps support the muscles, reducing fatigue and aiding recovery. Dyneema® side panels are a great off-road-specific feature, with the material's incredible strength adding an extra layer of protection in the event of a slide. The leg hems are raw cut, completely eliminating the need for silicone grip in order to prevent material ride-up.  The upper keeps things minimalist and breathable, maximising airflow while providing support, and the yoke has been reinforced to ensure that despite the straps being light, they sit flat over the shoulder. The short is finished with two mesh pockets to the rear and a larger compression pocket on each leg.
