The RACE DEEPWINTER bib tight is the result of a long development process:we wanted everything to be perfect to enable cyclists to face the coldest days.Developing new technologies takes time, especially if the goal is ambitious:maximum thermal capacity, protection from external elements, unparalleled comfort over long distances.We started by analysing the position of the cyclist on the bike.In the most exposed areas (tibia, gluteus and quadriceps) we used a fabric bonded with our waterproof and high elastic MEMBRAIN115 membrane and, on the inner surface, our exclusive bodymapped BUFFERCONE structure that traps body heat creating an insulating layer.In the abdominal, lumbar and back area, waterproofing is obtained thanks to a wash-resistant nanotechnology treatment.Strategic inserts at calf, in double-layered knitted fabric, optimise the fit and ensure great freedom of movement.The back is protected by a layer of highly insulating Buffercone fabric to help keep the body warm even after many hours in the saddle.FEATURES:- Zero-thickness elastic braces for maximum comfort.Thanks to the anatomical design they do not generate pressure points and provide stability to the shorts.- Back panel with BUFFERCONE bodymapped technology that traps air in strategical area to promote insulation while allowing great ventilation.-HP110 pad with two levels of density, anatomical and breathable.- Elasticated leg cuffs with gripping effect.- Reflective logo on the back.Composition:Pad:polyester 83% elastane 17% main fabric 1:polyamide 53% polyester 31% elastane 16% lining/back:polyester 56% polyamide 42% elastane 2% .Washing Instruction:-Mild process 30°.- Do not bleach.- Do not tumble dry.- Do not iron.- Do not dry clean.
