As such, there are two models available, tailored to suit either Formula or GT sim racing. This is the Formula edition, with a longer throttle foot paddle. For your comfort, custom brackets are included which adjust the main pedal body in 5° increments. There are precision press-fit bearings on all pivot points, ensuring smooth action with every press. What’s more, thanks to the optimised FEM design, the entire CNC machined aluminium structure is flex-free, so you don’t have to worry about holding back during heated races. To get the best performance for your racing, the Cube Controls SP01 can be calibrated and configured within proprietary software. This enables you to customise each pedal to fit your exact racing style. Throttle On the Formula edition, the throttle pedal has a long foot plate, manufactured from carbon fibre. Utilising a 16-bit resolution hall sensor, this pedal accurately reads every press for responsive racing. The pedal throw can be adjusted via the dedicated knob on the main shaft, which has been precision machined with high wear resistance plating. What’s more, the spring preload is within easy reach and can be adjusted too. For smooth operation on every acceleration, this pedal features a tolerance machined, self-lubricating nylon sleeve. The USB-C connector for the main electronic controls is included on this pedal. Brake The brake pedal utilises the standard-sized foot plate which has been textured for grip. It is lightweight and comfortable to press. There are even fine-tuning capacities for the spring preload on the main pedal and preload ring on the compression elements. The custom designed, fully hydraulic damper has sixteen preload settings to experience, with several springs and rubber dampers to adjust the feedback. Despite its lightweight build, the brake pedal features a 200kg load cell, able to withstand impressive brake force. Plus, with its own 16-bit resolution hall sensor, you can be sure that every press will be registered accurately.
