Designed by Ferruccio Laviani, Teresa is a lamp with sinuous shapes that evoke the image of delicately unfolding petals, creating an enveloping, welcoming effect of light. Teresa is characterized by strong, majestically balanced geometric volumes. The proportional volumes are highlighted by the light, which creates a Toy of chiaroscuro. The curved, voluminous forms give the Lamp a distinctive presence in any environment. With its generous proportions, Teresa majestically dresses up any space. For Design Week 2024, the Teresa Lamp is available in a selection of limited edition colors: Orange, Sky blue, Petroleum and Mauve. Recycled PMMA is an eco-responsible material derived mainly from the depolymerization of industrial plastic waste. This material retains an aesthetic quality and structural properties comparable to those of virgin material. In this way, industrial plastic waste is given a second life to create new, sustainable products that will become design icons.
