Then I came across the old photographs of Paul Cinqeuvalli, capturing a moment in the art of contact juggling. That was my starting points. The acronym IC refers to the codes used by the British police to define the perceived ethnicity of the people they stop in the street when reporting back to the station. IC1 means white or northern European. IC2 means Mediterranean or Spanish-speaking.
