HOW TO USE - Place fresh meat, fish, fruit or vegetables into the Rowzer beaker. Top up the airtight container with a liquid. Deep freeze to -22ºC/-8ºF for at least 24hrs. When you are ready to use, simply attach the beaker to the Rowzer, select the number of portions you need and press "Start".
PUREE TO PERFECTION - The Rowzer can be used for savoury recipes ranging from light, airy mousses to fine patés.
