Oozing bohemian style, this Kalimantan ceiling light skilfully combines natural materials and modern design, in an extremely on-trend, ethnic-chic style. The double-walled lampshade is handmade in Vietnam from woven two-tone bamboo stems: the un... morederside has a natural finish, whilst the topside is black. Each item is a real technical challenge, an example of exceptional craftsmanship. The Kalimantan ceiling light has an extremely lightweight visual appearance thanks to its openwork structure. The bamboo strips cast delicate shadows over the ceiling. GOOD&MOJO brings together eco-responsible lighting, composed exclusively from sustainable and/or recycled materials, such as cork, bamboo, ecological linen, glass and recycled car tyres. GOOD&MOJO is also a collection driven by a social cause: For each light purchased, 5% of the sale price is donated to the WakaWaka foundation. This foundation, based in the Netherlands, distributes solar lamps to people in crisis areas, in close collaboration with humanitarian aid organisations.
