Smart lantern – Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance Econic outdoor wall light The modern lantern shape of the Econic LED outdoor wall light is an immediate hit. But there is more to it than you would suspect at first glance. With approx. 16 million colours and almost 50,000 shades of white, the Econic outdoor light brings colour to your garden and creates a wide variety of lighting scenarios. Connecting the light to an existing Philips Hue smart home system makes this possible. After the light has been connected to the Hue Bridge (not included), all the light settings can be controlled via the free Hue app. As well as setting the different luminous colours, the app can also be used to dim the Econic outdoor light, to turn it on and off and to put it in groups with other lights. It is also possible to set timings for the individual light or whole groups with the intelligent system. A connected outdoor sensor (see accessories) means that it is also possible for the light to turn on when movement is detected.
