However, if the eyebrows and/or eyelashes are first lightened with the Blonde Brow bleaching paste, an optimum result can be achieved with the subsequent tinting - even in the lighter colour range.Eyebrow and eyelash colour for versatile colour resultsMix a two-centimetre strip of eyebrow colour with 20 to 25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3 % cream immediately before use. Mix the eyebrow and eyelash colour with the Oxidant 3% cream for at least two minutes to form a creamy paste. Then apply this. An application time of five minutes will lighten the colour by one shade. A reaction time of twelve or 20 minutes lightens the colour by two or three levels respectively.
