The Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono Turntable advances the standard T2 design by incorporating a specialised dual-stage split-passive MM phono preamp into its design making setup simpler than ever. Compared to the T2 W Turntable the Super Phono model uses additional PCB space to optimise and enhance the electrical layout for superior analogue performance. The phono stage can also be bypassed offering flexibility for those wishing to use an MC cartridge or an external preamp catering to a range of audiophile preferences. In addition to the upgrading phono stage the T2 Super Phono comes fitted with an award-winning pre-adjusted Sumiko Rainier MM Cartridge for excellent out-the-box performance. The new design also features electric speed switching an adjustable anti-skate mechanism and thicker and heavier materials used throughout for superior dampening supporting low-resonance playback. Designed and handmade in Europe the Pro-Ject turntables exemplify meticulous craftsmanship in every detail.
