Such a device can be made both as an overlay on a regular mirror, and as a separate unit, which is placed instead of a mirror on the same mount. This class of monitors has small screens and is poorly suited for watching video — for example, movies (although it can be used for this). At the same time, it is very convenient for displaying various service information — for example, "pictures" from the reversing camera.
