Car monitors with AV-input

AV-input

— combo input for connecting an external audio and/or video source, such as a DVD player or changer, to the car monitor. Usually used in the variant of the composite connector for RCA cables ("tulips"); audio and video are fed through different cables to their own inputs. Some monitors have a simplified version of the AV input, just for video; audio in this case is usually fed through the line input.
